Hear from the Nuclear
Frontlines!
|
Dear Friend,
NIRS's next national telebriefing is on
Thursday, July 18--featuring voices from the frontlines of
battles against nuclear waste.
REGISTER
to join the telebriefing now.
Residents of Texas and New Mexico are
facing down the nation’s radioactive waste corporations and
Congressional leaders who want to put massive, new nuclear
dumps in their communities.
Join us on July 18 to hear what it's
like to be targeted for nuclear waste dumps, and the steps
communities are taking to stop them and the “Mobile Chernobyl”
of shipments they would trigger. We will also discuss the
steps needed to stop the US Congress from changing the law to
put these dangerous plans into motion.
Join
us on the Front-Lines of Nuclear Waste.
