announce the formation of NavigateX.

RethinkX has been at the forefront
of analyzing, understanding and explaining the impacts of profound
transformations that are driven by technological disruptions.
Our research has helped policymakers,
investors, and business and civic leaders around the world
understand how these disruptions are reshaping key sectors of the
global economy. We have helped change how these key decision-makers,
as well as the general public, view the future of energy,
transportation, food, and labor.
Over the years, many companies, NGOs,
and governments have asked us for direct help implementing our
research in their specific context. For instance, developing and
implementing a Stellar Energy infrastructure in a specific region.
We have developed technology, processes and skills that we believe
can be used by organizations focused on the implementation of our
ideas. However, strategically, now more than ever, we wish to
continue our relentless focus on developing the science of
disruption, change, and transformation to help guide humanity to a
Stellar World.
We understand the global need for
organizational implementation of our work and we believe it is
important that the knowledge we have created be shared for the
benefit of humanity. As such, we are excited to spin out a team of
Rethinkers to start a company called NavigateX. A team that shares
our values and is passionate about helping build Stellar
nurseries.
The
aim of NavigateX is to help bridge the gap
between our insights, understanding of technology driven
disruptions, and taking strategic action to thrive and build a more
resilient future for organizations, governments, businesses and
investors.
In particular NavigateX will
help organizations, governments, businesses, investors, and other
trailblazers by;

charting their journey from whatever
their starting point is today toward a better, “Stellar”
future.

helping them understand, and
operationalize, RethinkX’s foundational research for their
specific context and requirements.

providing strategic advisory
services, AI and software modeling tools and applied research
services, to empower leaders to make the best-informed strategic
decisions.
Richard
Gill will transition from his role as CEO of RethinkX, to CEO of NavigateX.
RethinkX
will continue its core mission of producing impartial, independent
research on global technology disruptions and building a deep
understanding of the science of change, disruption and
transformation at all levels. This includes expanding our research
purview to cover new sectors and identify emerging technologies,
ensuring that we remain at the cutting edge of this critical
field.
Adam
Dorr, Director of Research, will continue to lead research at
RethinkX with the full support of co-founders James Arbib and Tony
Seba.
While both RethinkX and NavigateX each
have a distinct focus and audience, we are united by a common goal:
to accelerate humanity’s safe and stable transformation to a Stellar
World.
NavigateX has
exciting opportunities ahead of them and we look forward to their
contributions to humanity.
