Episode Download Problems / Resets While Downloading

Hi Everyone,

First of all, thanks so much for buying the video! It seems that a
some of our you have been having some trouble downloading the videos
and getting timeouts or resets. We currently host the files on Amazon
S3 and it seems that some people are getting RST packets sent. Amazon
is working on the problem and in the mean time we're also going to try
and figure out an alternate download site. As soon as we get it set
up, we'll let everyone know.
