Hello,
We are looking for volunteers to serve as facilitators and scribes for the upcoming Food Rescue Forum that is taking place March 24 at San Jose State University Food Rescue Forum. We would like to have at least 8 -10 of each. We currently have ~10 facilitators identified (but can always use a couple back-ups) and two scribes from CommUniveCity. These roles will be extremely valuable in assisting Working Groups to create action plans for advancing Food Rescue efforts!
Silicon Valley Talent Partnership has very generously offered to provide professional facilitator and scribe training beforehand through one of their partners and will also assist in the training.
We have tentatively reserved space on March 16 and March 17 from 9 a.m. -noon. If you are interested in being either a scribe or facilitator, please contact me ASAP (preferably by close of business tomorrow) and let me know which position you wish to volunteer for and which is your preferred training day. We may add a third training date if we can’t all agree on the two offered.
