Dear Proctor,
The Fremont Union High School District is seeking proctors for the 2017 Advanced Placement Testing season. Compensation is $125 per proctored exam. Each proctored exam takes 4-5 hours. To be considered, you must provide results from a TB test and to be fingerprinted. These are state requirements.
This year, the regular testing will take place during the weeks of May 1st through May 12th , with some possible late testing May 17th through May 19th. If you are interested and are available during this time frame, please let us know by filling out the Google Response Form by Wednesday, March 31st (link below).
Once we determine our student counts and locations for each test, at each site, we will be working in conjunction with our AP test site coordinators to place interested test administrators and proctors for specified dates, times and locations. We will use the availability you indicate to us in the online form to schedule all assignments; please note that while we do our best to spread testing assignments out across school sites and all interested personnel, the more flexible your schedule is, the more likely it will be that we have assignments for you.
Additionally, in accordance with College Board Regulations, there will be a mandatory information session for all proctors and test administrators on Wednesday, April 26th at 1:30pm to be held at the district office (Professional Learning Center). At that meeting, we will hand out your individual proctoring schedule.
Google Response Form due by Friday, March 31, 2016.
