ENVS Spring Semester Announcements

Dear ENVS Students,

Welcome back to campus!  We hope your spring semester is off to a good start!

We have a few beginning of the semester announcements:

• ENVX Symposium:  It's not too late to get involved with planning the 2026 ENVX Symposium. The general theme for this year's symposium is Livable Cities. All students are welcome to join the planning committee; you can receive 1 credit by registering for ENVS 245 or you can just show up and volunteer.  The planning committee meets Tuesdays 3:30-5 pm and Thursday 8-9 am in JRH 103.  If you are interested, please reach out to Jessica. The deadline to register for the course is January 30, the end of the add/drop period.
• Add/Drop period:  If you need to make changes to your registration, including adding or dropping a course, the deadline is January 30.
• Summer internships:  Now is the time to start applying for summer internships. Go to the Career Center, sign up for the ENVS Opportunities listserv, or talk to your advisor to get started.
