Hello, Faculty Colleagues in related disciplines 😊

The University of Oregon Master of Science in Historic Preservation has returned to the Eugene main campus and is enrolling students for Fall of 2026. I am the new director, and I am delighted to work with the strong legacy of this program to co-create the next chapter of excellent preservation education here in the serene Pacific Northwest.

If you have students who are interested a graduate degree in historic preservation, I would appreciate you sharing the news of UO’s upcoming interdisciplinary open houses.

The School of Architecture & Environment at the University of Oregon invites prospective students who are interested in pursuing graduate work in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Historic Preservation to join us for one of our upcoming virtual open house sessions on
  • Wednesday, November 12 (Noon - 1:00pm PT)
  • Monday, December 1 (9:00-10:00am PT)
Here, you'll have an opportunity to meet with faculty and students from across the school and learn more about our Masters programs.

The School of Architecture & Environment is nationally recognized for its innovation and sustainability research. We are committed to the principles of civic responsibility, environmental sustainability, international understanding, and interdisciplinary education. The School of Architecture & Environment is located on the University of Oregon campus in Eugene and in Highland Hall in our northeast Portland campus.

We look forward to meeting you soon.

And thank you, in advance, to those who help us share the news of this opportunity with students- we know the purposeful and fulfilling careers in this field, and hope to connect excellent and passionate students to them.
