Hi all,
The below email came through the CAS listserv also, but I wanted to share a bit more with you here. Part of the value we provide to these employers is not just connecting them with great students, but directly connecting them with students that have the expertise or skills they need (this leads to a large portion of employers coming back each year and/or directly hiring interns from this program). For me, it's remembering that student who wrote their semester paper on issues in bee agriculture or the one that got all excited about concepts in data quality. Or the one that loves outdoor education and happens to be from Minnesota? In any case, if you have a student who might fit these particulars we are looking for, please share this information with them. Otherwise, if you would share it with your departmental or class listservs, I would greatly appreciate it! I am also happy to come and chat with your class about it. Here is our
current year employer list with more details.
