Envoy 1.38.0 Release + Recent Patch Releases

We’re excited to announce the release of Envoy 1.38.0 and recent patch releases!

This release v1.38.0 continues to expand support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic networking, along with a wide range of new features and improvements across dynamic modules, HTTP/protocol enhancements, security and authorization, observability, and traffic management.
