Envoy Proxy Chaining

Does Envoy support proxy chaining? I tried googling but I don't see anything relevant when looking through the docs. 

The use-case I'm trying to solve is performing HTTP CONNECT to an envoy running as a dynamic forward proxy and having that request then chained through a third party proxy.

Envoy can send requests to another proxy. For your use case you can take a look at the https://github.com/envoyproxy/envoy/blob/main/configs/terminate_http1_connect.yaml example.
