configuring udp max packet size

Hello,

I recently discovered that my envoy udp proxy can't support udp packets larger than 1440 bytes. After looking this up online I found these issues that apparently fixed it:

Also there was another post mentioning increasing udp packet size in envoy: 

https://github.com/envoyproxy/envoy/issues/10768

However I can't seem to find where in the documentation info on changing the max packet size for udp proxies in envoy. Could someone point me in the right direction?

I never actually made it configurable as part of that fix. I can try to find time to do it. I opened https://github.com/envoyproxy/envoy/issues/15327 to track.
