Lyft Envoy listener service discovery (lds) schema format

Hi,

How to use "lds" (listener service discovery) in envoy.json. I am putting it in cluster_manager but getting error.

envoy.json

"cluster_manager": {
  "lds": {
  },
  "sds": {
  }
}

Error

ing configuration 'envoy.json': JSON at lines 48-90 does not conform to schema.
 Invalid schema: #
 Schema violation: additionalProperties
 Offending document key: #/lds

The "lds" key does not belong under "cluster_manager". It should be at the top level.

All the available documentation is here: https://www.envoyproxy.io/docs/envoy/latest

Looks like those old envoyproxy.github.io links are in some markdown docs in the envoy repo. I'll fix them.
