Upcoming Envoy security releases: 1.38.3, 1.37.5, 1.36.9 and 1.35.13

Hello Envoy Community,

The Envoy Security Team would like to announce the forthcoming release of Envoy against release branches 1.38, 1.37, 1.36 and 1.35, and main.

We expect these releases to be published by end of day today, June 23, 2026. 

The main branch will be patched as part of this release process, and releases will be available as published at:

https://github.com/envoyproxy/envoy/releases

The expected release versions are:

* Envoy 1.38.3
* Envoy 1.37.5
* Envoy 1.36.9
* Envoy 1.35.13
