Error in Envoy build with the CI Docker image

Hi,

In a Ubuntu 22.04 server I am running into this error when trying to build using the Docker image, as suggested in in https://github.com/envoyproxy/envoy/blob/main/bazel/README.md#quick-start-bazel-build-for-developers

./ci/run_envoy_docker.sh './ci/do_ci.sh dev'

Appreciate any help to identify what is causing this..
