Envoy v1.27.2, v1.26.6, v1.25.11, v1.24.12 released

The new releases contain a fix for a bug introduced in a mitigation for the "Rapid Reset" vulnerability. The fix addresses the crash when the `http.max_requests_per_io_cycle` value is more than 1.
