Automatic new version update notification

Hi All,

Currently work is going on new feature request "New Version detection
and auto update" (BT 1795598
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1795598&group_id=193626&atid=946170).
To get the branch source code use the following SVN link:
https://env-man.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/env-man/EnvMan/branches/BT1795598_AutoUpdatesManager.
Changes from this branch will go into EnvMan 1.4 Release.

This functionality is released in EnvMan 1.4 RC1.
