EnvMan Crash in V1.4 RC1

I've just attempted to start EnvMan and I'm getting the following crash issue.

An unhandled exception of type 'System.InvalidOperationException' occurred in System.Windows.Forms.dll

Additional information: SplitterDistance must be between Panel1MinSize and Width - Panel2MinSize.

Is this a known issue?

Hi Nigel,

Thanks for reporting this issue. Yes, it is known one and been fixed in the current trunk of the source.
As a work around for a current release you got I suggest to remove EnvMan.exe.config file and start it again.
