overwriting indirect (%var%) references?

I am having a problem where this app overwrites indirect variable
references.

ie:

define the following in the windows standard enviro var editor:

foo = c:\temp
foo2 = %foo%\mydir


if variables are edited using envman, then foo2 becomes:

foo2 = c:\temp\mydir

instead of maintaining the indirect reference.

This doesn't seem right to me.

Am I missing something?

This problem is fixed in EnvMan 1.4 RC1 release.
