Please find attached the “Envision Kentville” ICSP Public Consultation Summary Report. This report summarizes the findings from the first phase of the Envision Kentville sustainability planning process. Thank you to all who came out to the public consultations for your contributions.
Please take a few minutes to review this Report that contains a summary of Kentville’s environmental, economic, social and cultural assets as well as key sustainability challenges and draft version of the community Vision Statement.

The next phase of the Envision Kentville ICSP process will include public surveying to verify the reliability of the data collected through the first phase of the process and to narrow the scope of strategic sustainability themes for the Kentville ICSP. We are pleased to welcome two sustainability assistants, Tupon Tajirin and Lucas Brehaut from the Nova Scotia Youth Conservation Corps, to assist in this summer’s community survey work.
