Joanne and I met this morning. Besides chatting about great past
roomates in old houses, we did come to a decision on a few things:

- the first conversation should be held on October 3rd or 17th
(before or after Thanksgiving). This decision is not a "promote the
date" decision, just a way of getting the plan in action.
- the conversation could be the 'leadership toolkit discussion' but
it doesn't have to be. It would be nice if the conversations were
chained somehow so that the harvest from conversation one could be
brought to conversation two and so on. After reflection, I kind of
like the idea that the 'leadership toolkit discussion' happens first
because it sort of imitates the way Envision would recruit new folks
into the leadership course. Then maybe alumni can get into it?
Then stakeholders / funders?
- I created a welcome page. If you have admin priviledges, you can
change the text etc. I basically stole Kathy's email for the
welcome.
- Joanne is going to get Clay to do some website stuff to promote all
the work we've done so far. If we've landed on a date, then I will
begin a communication plan etc. for the open space by September 11th.
- As a general theme, anyone at one of the friday morning meetings
who is not on the Google Group will be offered a lesson on how to get
set-up.

That's the most of it. The action list was also updated and sent to
the list.

Kudos to Ryan and Joanne! This is really starting to take shape.
Thanks, Kathy
