- curious about what happened at the meeting...

- wanting to continue some on the conversations that began
- interested in the conversation with ALIA
- two parallel paths current operations and the "what is going to
happen next"

Buckets of activity:

Administrative - meeting our operation requirements

Current activity - Changecamp: how can we enhance our support to
something we already committed to?

Visioning work - looking to what is next, aligning our visions of the
organization.

Bi-weekly on Fridays it would be good to be a bit more task driven,
and have the conversation and visioning piece happening as well.
