Help create a first day "Environmental Literacy Test"

There was a great "Scientific Literacy Test" in the Toronto Star a few
weeks back. Got me thinking that a similar activity might be good for
the first day of the 3M0 (and maybe the 3E0) course.
I have started a page to brainstorm some possible questions. Please
feel free to add or edit!
