To whom it may concern,
Whole Foods is receiving this letter because the Progressive Earth
Alliance at Kennesaw (P.E.A.K) recognizes you as one of the leading
figures in food quality. Your contribution towards creating a
sustainable environment and thus improving the quality of life has not
gone unnoticed, and we deeply appreciate the strides you have made in
these regards. For all that you have done, P.E.A.K. would like to ask
you to participate in the celebration of the 40th anniversary of Earth
Day this year at Kennesaw State University on April 22nd, 2010 from
11:00am until 3:00pm.
We have been preparing for months in order to make this a successful
event, and we would be honored to have Whole Foods be a part of our
efforts through both education and food donations. It is our shared
understanding that education about making positive food choices is
healthy and sustainable for the population and community. In return,
we would be happy to provide information to the students about Whole
Foods and areas near our campus where they can purchase your products
and utilize your services.
We thank you for your consideration and time. Please contact us with
further details and requirements for making this connection between
Whole Foods and P.E.A.K. possible.
