We haven’t seen each other for a long time. Hopefully this email finds you well.
This is a great idea, an activity for 450 people is a good initiatives. I think you have a better relationship with the local government and this activity is not need to be done in an environmental professional way, it is a joint activity for the local people there to strengthen your partnership so let’s do it in the way of social friendly rather than environmental friendly. Therefore, I suggest you not worry too much about the technique of 3R, the principle of environment management or even the technology for waste management. Let’s start with some simple methodologies and easy to implement for the local people first.
As I remember, you told us that UDIN con contribute budget for this activity, right?
I would like to attend this activity as an E,C&R group member too but it seems I am not available during this time. I encourage anybody from the E,C&R group to attend this activity with Leexiong and UDIN.
By the way, when do you think it’s good for us (E,C&R) members to meet and finalize our annual plan ? It’s already soon June now.

Dear All,
May I kindly ask you, any of you have/know some VDOs/materials which related to Environment raising awareness or related environment protection in Lao/English language? I am planning to conduct a campaign of environment in Nonghet town next month so I need some of this materials. Do you have more ideas for this campaign? I never have experience on such event and I need your help.
The idea of this event is to strengthen the ownership of people in Nonghet town (students, sellers, Govt staff and travellers) in term of rubbish management, dust management and other behaviors of damaging the environment.
The event is only half day, and UDIN will work with Childfund to organize this event. You can see my draft plan and feel free to give your comments DER!
