E, C&R's plan in 2016

Here is the E,C&R annual plan for 2016. We are going to submit to the PO finance team soon so please take a close look if you have anything more to add or any comments and get back to me this Wednesday morning at the latest. Otherwise, I will submit this version.
Please send to some ones who are not on the google group yet, such as: Mone from COPE and Tukta from LURAS. I do not have their contacts yet.
P.S: Apart from what we talked in Chiang khan last year, I have added a few more activities into the plan.

Thank you Danang for your good job and come up with a good step further, I would like to know more information such as you will submit to whom and what kind purpose? is it for allow case budget or keep inform ?
To me, i really happy if you could organised a meeting to have a brainstorm and also the agreed among all of us to have action plan( activities, time, key responsibility person, area, indicator and budget then present to Manage Team and discuss about financial.

Dear Soutthida and all colleagues,
Absolutely, that’s a brilliant suggestion. As you might see, the E,C&R group are not so active in 2015
So we really need improve. I personally think that is because:
· We were all not very ownership as we should be
· We did not have a strong group leader who can push things forward.
I agree with you that we should meet for brainstorming and identifying each responsible person for each activity of the group. I already put at least 2 times of members meeting into our 2016 plan.

Sorry for coming late of my reply, since I was on holiday last week and in the field. Re to our group and the plans of this year, I have no any extra comment now. If all of us can complete what we plans/per project that is great for 2016. Perhaps, we will talk about what is the budget come from? How to spend it?.....

Thanks a lot for your confirming.
Please see the attachment, it is the finalized annual plan of the E,C&R group. I just considered that this ideas are consolidated by me at the time we took for staff retreat last year.
Yes, both Aiy Leexiong and Soutthida are right. This plan is still too general so we need to meet and discuss about people who in charge and allocate budget for each activities.
