Sabaidee, I am Vilak Inthavong, A senior Analyst from Emerging Markets Consulting company in Laos. We are working with Propham Co,Ltd(Japanese Consulting Company) for a JICA(Japan International Cooperation Agency) Project in order to create "A Country Profile on Environmental and Social Consideration in Lao P.D.R" and we would like to arrange the meeting between an official from your organization who is familiar with environmental/social consideration and our team.
We would like to know when an interview would be most convenient for your organization during 9th to 12th September as you can see in the attachment and it should be most grateful if you would advise us as to the best time and place for a meeting for this purpose so that we can choose the one that's most convenient for everyone and plan the interview schedule.
