contacts in phone

I got a question, when I retrieve a sms from number that have been listed on the phone contacts, it will show name from contacts+couple number e.g "Aditya+6281" instead of full number can anyone help me why this happen and how to fix it? without change the list from contacts I suppose. thanks before
