I recently bought the Samsung S24 Ultra, and after just a few weeks of using it, I noticed that the s-pen has become burnt. I'm unsure of the exact cause, but it appears to be related to a heating issue.
A few days ago, I placed it on Samsung's wireless duo charger for approximately one hour, and I noticed that its hot compared to wired charging.
Later on the same day, I left it to charge fully for about 5 hours, and it's possible that this incident occurred during that time.
I reached out to customer care, but they refused to replace it, citing it as cosmetic damage not covered under warranty.
To me, the S-Pen appeared to be burnt, and I suspect this may be due to overheating issues within the phone's battery or phone itself. The safety implications of such a fault are alarming, as it not only poses a risk to the integrity of the device but also to my personal safety.
Samsung's should address it seriously rather than blindly follow the system rules .

Think logically, the s-pen is inside the phone.
As the phone gets heated during charging the s-pen gets melted, so this is clearly a device issue.
Who is the manufacturer of this device, Samsung right??? If yes then it's Samsungs responsibility to fix it.
