Reducing white in colour mix

Hi,

I am using ELM with RGBW strips. The LEDs have a very bright white. The colours mixed by ELM include white and appear very washed out, almost pastel.

Is there any way to reduce the intensity of the white channel, except perhaps for certain effects (e.g. very near white)?

  Hi,

While there's no white level adjustment, you could try to use the RGBWmax LED type. With this type, the RGB channels stay active even when there's white in the desired color. Edit your strips and select RGBWmax to try it.
