Hey i'm guessing theres no way to expose settings as sliders or anything in ELM from shader files for example sensitivity

Hi,

There's no way to change the name of the sliders but you can use the predefined ones in your shaders. For the sensitivity, you could for example use the force or force 2 variable. You rescale the value in the shader to fit what you need.

Thanks for that Matt, Does that include other variables like complexity, count, speed-ex?

Any chance we could get some more variables added into the next release of ELM?

I feel like with the advent of chatGPT helping to write shaders as a community we could start making some really cool stuff, I've been adding a few to shadertoy.com and tagging them ELM, if anyone else fancies doing the same?

Regards

George

I agree George!

These shader options are a very powerful tool especially with them being audio reactive. I think ELM should double down on this and even consider hosting files for the community to exchange. It gives them a great edge in the market!
