x-zoom of pictures

Maybe already fixed, but the X zoom of pictures (and webcam) makes the image repeat or tile.

The Y zoom does not do this.

Not a terrible bug, tiling can be nice.

Maybe make a checkbox to enable / disable tiling.

This should now be fixed in the new ELM version 673.
