Question: Fade time override in performance mode

Hello there,

I'm using ELM on a dance performance and I'm running up against a problem that I cant figure out. My sequence transition times being overridden by the "Fade time" setting in performance mode.

I have set various fade times in the sequence editor but I cannot find a way of playing them back in perform mode.

Hi,

You are right as there's no way in the perform panel to not override the transition time between steps. What might make sense is that when the "play" button is active, it should play the sequence by respecting the duration and transition times of each step. You can try it in the new beta:

Thanks for the response. 

I had to find a solution a few days ago and ended up using the transition time through a lighting console triggering the looks in live. 

I'll check out the beta.
