HTTP API

Currently making a request for stages via the HTTP API returns a strings array.

My proposal is that an object for each stage would instead be returned which would contain meta information such as name, description and visibility. (The same process could be implemented for media slots)

This would allow integrators greater flexibility for displaying content to end users.

For example, in Ctrl for iPad (https://labs.onlx.ltd/ctrl-for-ipad) we currently provide a universal media picker which allows control of all stages.

With the meta options, users would be able to specific in ELM which stages could be remotely controlled.
