Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing scalable AI frameworks on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and integrating advanced AI solutions, including Enterprise ChatGPT. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in data governance and a proven track record in machine learning model architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable AI frameworks on GCP to support enterprise level applications.
• Lead the integration of Enterprise ChatGPT, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• Oversee the architecture of machine learning models, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Develop and execute data governance strategies using Atlan to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify AI/ML opportunities and drive innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in prompt engineering for ChatGPT.
• Strong expertise in GCP and BigQuery.
• Hands on experience with Atlan for data governance.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience in designing and deploying machine learning models.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud native architectures and microservices.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
