Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term


Role Overview

The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll & Compensation Lead will work with project teams and stakeholders to implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role requires hands-on functional expertise across Core HR with strong integration into Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a functional team and provide best-practice guidance for Payroll and Compensation design

Design end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions

Perform hands-on Payroll and Compensation configuration, testing, and deployment support

Identify, triage, and resolve functional issues and defects

Support data conversion activities and review training materials

Oversee functional activities and report status to project management

Coordinate integrations and cross-module business processes

Manage and coordinate all testing activities, including Payroll Parallel Testing

Assist with transition planning to production and post–go-live support

Configure HCM tables and business rules

 

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (U.S.) and/or Compensation experience
1–2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

Hands-on experience with HDL and Fast Formulas

Strong payroll business process knowledge

Experience supporting payroll testing

Proven ability to lead design workshops and functional teams

Excellent communication skills

 

Nice to Have

Experience with Absence Management and Benefits

SOA or integration experience

Other Oracle HCM Cloud module experience

Relevant Oracle Implementation Specialist certification
