Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement Cloud Functional Consultant to support a long-term Oracle Cloud implementation and optimization program. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and support Oracle Procurement Cloud solutions that align with enterprise procurement processes and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle Procurement Cloud functional activities including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
Configure and support key modules including:
Purchasing
Self Service Procurement
Supplier Qualification Management
Supplier Portal
Procurement Contracts (as applicable)
Collaborate with business users to understand current-state procurement processes and recommend best-practice future-state solutions.
Prepare and maintain functional design documents (FDDs), setup documents, and process flows.
Support data migration, integration touchpoints, and end-to-end procurement testing cycles (SIT, UAT).
Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, and extensions.
Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Assist with user training, documentation, and post-go-live stabilisation.
Participate in regular project meetings and provide clear status updates.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Oracle Procurement functional consulting.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.
Proven experience with Purchasing, SSP, Supplier Management, and related procurement processes.
Experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementations and/or post-go-live support.
Strong understanding of procurement business processes and controls.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while aligning with EST business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on large-scale Oracle Cloud programs.
Exposure to Oracle Financials Cloud integrations.
Experience with Procurement Contracts and Supplier Qualification is a plus.
Prior experience in long-term support or managed services engagements.
