Closing Entrep Summit 2012

Hi Chairman Pat and team,

As we close Entrep Summti 2012, here are some loose ends that we need to tie up.

1) Collect all receivables from sponsors

2) Encode registration forms so we have a soft copy to add to our database.

3) Respond to queries online - I saw a follow up request for soft copy of the slides.

4) Send accomplishment report to sponsors - a simple PPT showing that we have accomplished each point of the MOA

5) Prepare project completion report

6) Settle all payables - including the 60k to ASPAC foundation

7) Would be nice to send a thank you email to all out speakers
