Hi guys,

Got a reply from Meg with regards to our questions about AIM.

- They have white tarps that can cover the walls of fuller hall

- They have 75 tables, 1 table can accommodate approx 3 people, their set up is good for 225 pax. ill ask if we can add tables.

- For the stage, the dimension is 20 x 8 ft (5stages measuring 4x8ft each)

- size of Fuller Hall is 576 sqm, meg will try to send us the floor plan

- We can start ingress at 2:00pm on Sept 14.

- we need to send her a list of equipements/materials for the ingress.

- the billboard space outside AIM is already occupied for the month of sept but she will try to request if we can put our tarp from Sept 14-15. Size of the banner is 105 X 52 inches.

Some comments:

1. The white tarps may not look classy. Can any of us provide white cloth to cover the walls with?

2. Will there be space to accommodate more tables?

3. If the stage is 20 feet wide, then our stage backdrop tarp and frame should be at least 20 feet wide not including projector screens. Co-Chair Ervinne can you check how much this will cost us (including frame construction)?

4. Co-Chair Ervinne: could you also cost us the 105x52 inch tarp?

5. Ramon: did Meg say anything about marketing it to their alumni?
