We will be happy to answer your queries: 

- How much time do you allow for ingress and egress? Are we allowed to set up the venue the night before (Sept 14)?
Yes, we usually allow ingress on the day before the event. 

- What is the capacity of fuller hall for classroom set up?
For the classroom/ theater set up, we can usually accommodate 500 pax. 

- Can reserve a small room near fuller hall, this will serve as our HQ/holding room for the VIP, how much would it cost if ever?
Yes, we have reserved a room for your VIP and your HQ. Kindly refer to the caseroom rates we have provided previously. 

- Are we allowed to serve alcohol? is there a corkage fee?
Yes, we usually allow people to serve alcohol in AIM. There would be no corkage fee for the drinks. 

- Lastly, is it possible to do an ocular inspection of the venue tomorrow at around 3pm? Mr. Alvin Tsoi and Pat Teseng are planning to go to AIM tomorrow.
Yes, we can do an ocular tomorrow. We will reserve 2 parking slots for you in our guest parking lot.
