The French initiative is gaining momentum led by Melcion, Chassagne &
Cie and Audacia

The second Steering Commitee has been held on November 14th regrouping
about 15 members.
An objective has been set : to bring to the stakeholders a concrete
solution within one month (Dec.15th).
To reach the goal, two sub-commitee have been established :
1. Design of the financial vehicule for bringing funds to
entrepreneurs
2. Promotion of the initiative to the identified stakeholders

Overall, already 60 projects have been identified with financial needs
presently not covered for a total amount of 130 Mio Euros. More are
arriving every day.

Several meetings whether physical or by phone are scheduled each week
to move ahead.

Next Steering Commitee is scheduled on Nov.20th.
