PROBLEM WITH ENTOMBED

HI all, I just had a problem with entombed on the second and fourth floor over the last day,  I finished exploring the floor, but the character had not  found the stairs down before it said the floor had been fully explored, so I couldn't go down the stairs to the next floor and had to restart the game.

Does anybody know what to do when something like this happens besides just closing down the game and restarting it?

Don’t think I have had that happen unless I was trying one of the chats. What happened when you pressed the key for directions to the way down?

 

If it doe happen hmmm… probably only way is to start over. Not exactly sure.
