THE TIME IT TAKES FOR THE TELEPORTER TO TOWN TO RECHARGE

Hi all, just wondering how long does it normally take for the teleporter to the twilight town to recharge?

 

I just went to the twilight town to sell off items I gathered from the 5^th floor, but forgot to check in at the tavern for the quests, so wanted to go back but it seems to take a hell of a long time to recharge.

 

So far, I’ve been waiting about 5 minutes, and it still hadn’t recharged before I thought to enquire here with the group.
