FINDING A SECRET PLACE IN THE GAME

Hi all, just regarding finding a secret place in entombed with an adventurer or with the scroll, how can you find it a second time after the game makes that noise it makes when you find a secret place?

 

I have an adventurer on my team in the current game I’m playing, and as I was wondering the passages of the second floor,  the game made the noise that my adventurer had found a secret place, but all there was, was a door into a room where the shop was to the east, a passage to the south and a passage to the west. No secret rooms I could find.
