ENQUIRY ABOUT OGMOG'S AXE

HI all, regarding Ogmog’s great axe, is it a great axe or a battle axe? I always thought it was a great axe, able to be held in two hands by a human, but now my character has the axe in one hand and a battle axe in the other hand, and that’s without growing him since the only magic character I have is a druid / necromancer and not a mage.

I'm really not sure how that works with Ogmock's ax. sometimes I can hold it, sometimes I can't. I guess it all depends on what mood the game's in.
