One more week exists for you  to add your name to the list insisting that managers be protected for their work, instead of not paid and/or sued for their efforts by their clients.

The latter situation has reached dangerous proportions and requires a simple signature/"okay" in terms of your participation e-mailed to ri...@marathon.com.
Pretty easy for quite a bit in return.

If you don't add your name in support of your own well-being, then you have no excuse and NO CASE WHEN you find yourself in a dispute with any of your clients -- which, given the current trend, proves inevitable.

This isn't military service we're talking about signing up for -- it's about having the JUSTICE SYSTEM work FOR US.

Please take the two minutes necessary and fight to keep your commissions.

Speaking for myself, the thought of working 24/7 for clients and accomplishing for them
their dreams, only to find myself not paid via the threat of procurement, beyond infuriates me -- and my bank account.

Please unite ... and protect yourselves.

Oops, just noticed Audrey’s email says email marathon.com instead of marathonent.com.

As of 7:15 Friday, we’re at 347 names, but it if you haven’t added your name, please do.  If you have but haven’t added your employees’ names, please email their names.  Thanks.

Rick,

One suggestion...maybe embarrass the rest of the managers by listing
the
managers who have given permission to attach their names to the ATA
letter, and say if
you're not on this list, then you're part of the problem...or something
to
that effect.

There's no reason why a manager shouldn't communicate to the ATA why he
feels this way. It's still amazing to me, why the agents are taking
this
position. Do they think that they are currying favor with their clients
by
being against managers?

GREAT IDEA, Jeff!! Rick, here's my permission: You've already added my
name, now make it public - Neil Hassman, Hassman Entertainment. And at
my request, 2 of my clients, Ryan O'Neal and Tammy Tavares, have spoken
directly to their agents on our behalf, and others are doing it this
week.
