Kapow Technologies is seeking an experienced, structured, talented and
ambitious person as Head of Product Manager for our headquarter office in
Palo Alto, California.
Kapow’s Head of Product Management will be responsible for coordinating the
definition, design, development and delivery of leading edge
product/solutions that customers want to buy. This person’s team owns the
product roadmap and acts as a bridge between R&D, Marketing, Sales and
Professional Services.
The product management function covers all product offerings, including:
traditional enterprise software, community products (openkapow), and
on-demand offerings, technology connectors and solution focused products.
The R&D function at Kapow is split in two geographic locations. The
R&D team in Hørsholm, Denmark is mainly focused on developing of our core
product, and our R&D team in Austin Texas is mainly focused on developing
our community (openkapow) and on-demand products.
The Head of Product Management must be able to work with these remote R&D
teams and as well as do moderate travelling.
The position will report to the CTO. Direct reports will include product
management at our R&D office in Denmark as well as US based solutions
architects.
