Can we get updated qewd docker images?

Hi Rob,

I notice that the docker images are still running on node v14 – that's two versions old now. Any updates on the horizon?

Also would you consider adding the Dockerfile to the docker repo? I believe that's an option their repo system supports. That would make it easier for others to update their images as necessary.
