Cyrillic encoding when working with GT.M, ewd and nodem

Hello.
When working with GT.M through ewd.js and nodem a problem when storing data in globals in Cyrillic encodings.
The study of the source code shown nodem interpretation of data as a ascii code but it does not meet the cp1251 and other Cyrillic encodings.
In deriving ewd.js on the client side are obtained in an uncertain characters encoding. Option to use GT.M c UTF-8 is not suitable.
Help solve the problem.
