I need to remove ELSA, so I can do a proper install of it. Are there any
specific steps/procedures that need to be followed?

Are you having trouble upgrading using the update-from-svn.sh script?
Please let me know if that's not working for some reason. If you do
end up needing to remove the ELSA install, it should be pretty
straightforward:
- Delete the main elsa install dir (/usr/local/elsa)
- Delete the data dir (/data)
- Delete any config files created (/etc/elsa*.conf)
- Drop the databases (syslog, syslog_data, syslog_web)

Then your fresh install shouldn't be affected by any previous
installs. Let me know if you hit any snags!
