Email Alert for ELSA

Hello All,
So I am trying to setup email alerts for ELSA based on some saved ELSA queries... but going by the information provided here [https://github.com/Security-Onion-Solutions/security-onion/wiki/Email], my apache2 service won't start/restart after I added our "Smtp_Server":xxx.xx.xx to the email section of elsa_web.conf file.
Please advise. Thank you in anticipation.
